The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had a nice view. The staff provided excellent support and made the check-in and check-out processes smooth. They were also helpful in communicating about rules and arranging transportation from the airport. As a disabled guest, I appreciated their assistance with my family's unique schedule and needs.

The stay felt almost like being at home - there was nothing to complain about.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was absolutely amazing, right in front of the tram stop within the free tram zone. It made getting around so convenient and saved us a lot of money on transportation. The hotel also provided a grocery shopping service which was a lifesaver. We were able to easily stock up on all the essentials without having to leave the hotel.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was close to everything we needed and wanted to do. The free tram to the city was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore Melbourne. The trams practically stopped outside the hotel, which was extremely convenient. We also appreciated the proximity to various shops and restaurants, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a great trip.

The only downside we experienced was that one of the pans and the spatula provided in the kitchen seemed to have some issues. The pan seemed to stick to the food, which was quite frustrating, and the spatula appeared to be melting while cooking.
