The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had a nice view. The staff provided excellent support and made the check-in and check-out processes smooth. They were also helpful in communicating about rules and arranging transportation from the airport. As a disabled guest, I appreciated their assistance with my family's unique schedule and needs.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was absolutely amazing, right in front of the tram stop within the free tram zone. It made getting around so convenient and saved us a lot of money on transportation. The hotel also provided a grocery shopping service which was a lifesaver. We were able to easily stock up on all the essentials without having to leave the hotel.
This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with enhanced services. We highly recommend it to everyone!

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with amazing views. The location was convenient, with the waterfront and a shopping mall nearby. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and utensils, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals.
Finding the place to pick up the keys was frustrating, especially after a long journey. It would have been helpful if there was a staff member available to greet guests and assist with check-in.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was close to everything we needed and wanted to do. The free tram to the city was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore Melbourne. The trams practically stopped outside the hotel, which was extremely convenient. We also appreciated the proximity to various shops and restaurants, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a great trip.
The only downside we experienced was that one of the pans and the spatula provided in the kitchen seemed to have some issues. The pan seemed to stick to the food, which was quite frustrating, and the spatula appeared to be melting while cooking.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel wassuper clean and cozy, with a fine view. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed for a great trip. The staff provided excellent support, making check-in, check-out, and communication a smooth and hassle-free experience. They even arranged a ride from the airport, a great help.
